Final year in USM part 1

Fourth year will be the most enjoyable year in these few years. I had learnt so many things from those clerkships. Happy Happy ^^

First clerkship : Outpatient Department (OPD)
Learnt the skills and proper way of counselling the patient while actual practicing it in real life. Nervous before the counseling session started regardless when I'm acted as the patient or pharmacist. Luckily, there wasn't any problem or mistake during my turn. The whole process was recorded and played again in front of our group members! Damn shit. I hate my voice.

The comment given by the lecturer,"Every thing is good. The skills and proper methods were used. Just need to make some improvement in organizing the whole sessions where gathering information should be done first, not after asking about the medication."

Second clerkship: Drug information
Meeting with the lecturer at Kelantan through teleconference. It was so funny. And that's why cant take a group photo.

Third clerkship: Clinical Medication Review (CMR)
Role play again but this time we acted as the pharmacist while the lecturer acted as the patient while his wife who was also our lecturer as the doctor. Thumbs up for our lecturer acting skill as a patient. Mind blank again even this was not the first time. Next time don't act cool when others were preparing by asking the first few members that had done.

Next clerkship: Finally it's my turn to go hospital and be prepared to enter autoclave! haha!!!
